Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective:

  • Sandals
  • Slip-on Shoes

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your PayPal account.
