Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sandals and Slip-on Shoes: Due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
- Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow:
- Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your PayPal account.
